La Mediterranee Gigi Restaurant provides a warm, comfortable and  relaxed atmosphere serving great Mediterranean Fusion cuisine.

The restaurant owner, Gigi, has over 30 years of experience and you can clearly see it once you enter the restaurant and while tasting the food.

In our menu we serve a mixture of traditional Mediterranean dishes with Gigi’s unique Fusion Mauritian blend of seasonings and ingredients. We promise this will pleasantly satisfy your cravings for Mediterranean Fusion Cuisine.

What makes us so special..
We have a large variety of menu that you’re sure to find what you love. Some of our customers’ favourites is the set menu which includes soup / salad, fish / seafood / chicken main course and Banana Flambee / ice cream.

Other specialties include the Shell Chef’s style (Coquille a la Facon du chef), the Royal Platter of gambas, calamari and prawns, Fresh Doradu, Crepes Suzette Flambee, Profiteroles with ice cream, Coconut Meringue… and, of course, we serve various salads, soups, pasta dishes, chicken, meat, seafood, Mauritian specialties and desserts.
